I saw Tracy Anderson on TV the other night and thought - I want to do that! Looks promising. A stair walking club sounds great, I assume it helps with meeting new people too.  Our townhouse has stairs so compulsory exercise.
I have to say though, it&#039;s been many years since these legs have done any running. 
Good luck with the final ks. By the sound of it, you will have no worries meeting your goal.</description>

		<description>I borrow exercise DVDs from my local library. At the moment I am doing Tracy Anderson&#039;s Post Pregnancy Workout DVD (she is personal trainer to Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna).  When I was working, we had a lunch time stair walking club at one of the few buildings in Sydney with stair access (on George St next to Dymocks).  I walk everywhere with my baby in the pram. It&#039;s good exercise and very bonding.  And of course the best fat-burning exercise you can do...running! I leave the baby with husband and jog laps around my local oval while listening to music.  Still have 9.5 kilos to lose!</description>
