Create a Wish List to Curb Impulse Spending
Every time you see something that you want, rather than buying it, write it down on a wish list. Include the date and the purchase amount.
This gives you thinking space to consider whether you really want the item, and it gives you time to save for it rather than putting it on credit.
Have a look at the list a few days or weeks later. You will be surprised how often you decide you don’t want or need that item after all.
